Update to Freedom Patch

I should have made the version number of the new DLL higher than the old DLL for compiled scripts to properly update the machines they run on, and OBMake.exe.was still checking for a valid license, so I updated both of those. If you downloaded the freedom patch yesterday, guess what? You need to download it again.

O'Basic Freedom Patch

Well, I guess I wasn't being very realistic about how much time I would have to continue the development of O'Basic. So, I'm going to open source the O'Basic DLL and let the community continue the work.

Until I have time to set up a proper open source project, I have released the O'Basic Freedom Patch which will completely disable all license file checking, both in the editor and the engine DLL. Get it from Download.
